The Property Exchange is pleased to be hosting our 1^st Annual Builder’s Showcase Tour on Sunday, June 27^th from 11:00- 5:00. Fifteen of our builder’s new construction homes will be open for tours with TPE agents available for any questions.  Builder’s participating are: Gateway Construction, Heartland Home Builders, Patterson Construction, Richardson Construction, StoneCrest Construction and Woods Brothers Construction.  Each builder will be selling raffle tickets for prizes with all proceeds going to Comea House. Some homes will feature vendors selling purses, clothing, jewelry, cosmetics and home entertaining items. There will also be a speaker on eco-friendly building and a representative from Cheyenne Mortgage Services available for finance questions.

In conjunction with the Builder’s Showcase Tour, The Property Exchange will also be hosting an Ice Cream Social from 1:00-4:00. This will be held at The Property Exchange East located at 4515 E. Lincolnway. Ice Cream will be provided by Baskin Robbins.  Several builders will be demonstrated here also such as Brianne, Laybourn & Mathern Quality Construction.
