Virginia Torres is a high producer in the Cheyenne Real Estate Market.  While being a residential specialist she has been active in commercial, land and rural properties.  Caring for her clients has long been a part of who she is.  Virginia was a hair stylist for over 30 years before launching her career in Real Estate ten years ago and has sold over 45 million dollars in real estate.  A Native of Cheyenne the way of life and the community’s well being is very personal to her.  While she understands the value of being a city of progression she also knows we must have controlled sensible growth. 

A mother of two daughters, Kimren and Danette as well as one of nine children her family is very important.  Virginia is active in After Five Christian Women’s Club, her church, and serves as a volunteer to anyone who needs her help.

Danette Torres

Danette has been in the real estate industry since 1985 and brings a lot of energy and enthusiasm with her.  She started her career in the Mortgage business as a loan officer for 20 years.  In 1999 she obtained her broker’s license in Colorado.  Danette currently holds a Wyoming Brokers license, a Colorado Brokers license, California Sales License, and an Appraisers License.  Having closed over 200 transactions during her career, she has a proven track record of success.  Her other credentials include working in the title business for a number of years, and completing 40 hours in the Land Title Association and in the Mortgage Bankers Association.  She continues to stay current with the trends and issues that effect real estate, and what it is going to take to get your home sold in this market.
