Bradley R. Graham is an owner/Associate Broker with Coldwell Banker Commercial The Property Exchange specializing in commercial real estate and development. Graham graduated from the University of Wyoming in 1976 with a degree in Business Management. His career has included land syndications, residential and commercial development and the successful marketing of Cheyenne’s premiere office buildings.
Graham has served on the Cheyenne LEAD’s Board of Directors, an economic development organization, and is a past chairman of Cheyenne’s Progress and Prosperity organization. Graham currently serves on Jonah Bank of Wyoming’s Community Board of Directors. Over the past four years Graham has closed over 40 million dollars in sales, and was awarded The Property Exchange’s Commercial Broker of the Year in 2005, 2006, 2007 and 2008. He also manages building and land syndications with assets in excess of 15 million dollars.
Graham and his team of Brokers work both locally and nationwide representing Buyers and Sellers in commercial real estate transaction.
