Hi! My name is Carol Rumann and my husband Larry and I have been in Cheyenne since 1979. We have two children, Corey and Heather, a son-in-law Jeff, and two wonderful granddaughters, Miki and Abby, to enjoy! We've lived in the country, raised horses and hunting dogs and loved being able to live in Cheyenne! Our family are outdoor people and we've enjoyed hunting, fishing, hiking and were blessed with being able to do it all RIGHT HERE!!!

Personally, I love to cook, bake, fish and enjoy my granddaughters; but to my clients I still end up being "Mom." After 29 years in the business, I feel it is really important to watch out for YOU-my clients needs as well as wants. I try to share my experience by communicating with YOU and learning what YOUR REAL NEEDS are. My clients become like family and I have been blessed with developing friendships and relationships where now I am in some famililies into the 3rd generation of clients.  I'm proud of that and I am sooo very grateful for the loyalty my clients have shown me.

I would like very much to become YOUR REALTOR. From living up in the mountains West of town and on another acreage just North of town, raising horses and in general - being a "country" person, I know the rural areas and what they can and cannot offer. I can guide you to finding what you're looking for by having that knowledge and experience.
